Deliveries

We deliver to all UK mainland addresses and our delivery fee is £6.99. We offer free delivery when you spend £70 or more.

Delivery Schedule

We endeavour to deliver your goods within 4 to 5 business days from date of receipt of order. Business days are defined as Monday-Friday 9am-6pm and exclude bank Holidays and/or other national holidays.

Refunds

If you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to offer refunds or exchanges provided the goods are in a fully resalable condition and returned to us within 14 days of receipt.

In case a product is faulty, damaged, or there is any other discrepancy with your order, please report it to us, via email, within 24 hours of receipt of the goods. Please note you may be asked to provide photographic evidence of any damaged goods.
